The kit includes: 

• Sheet of 22 journalling prompts for self exploration and to help you uncover your biggest dreams and goals measuring 5x7in. 
• Two sheets of 54 luxe gold foiled decorative stickers featuring illustrations and uplifting quotes. Both measure 5x7in, one printed onto a clear glossy sticker paper and the other onto a smooth matt vinyl. Please note these are handmade, and due to the nature of the foiling there may be some minor imperfections. 
• A personalised 4x6in mini art print with tips for how to use your kit. Printed onto a 240gsm fine art paper, this can either be framed in a 4x6in photo frame or used as a bookmark.
